Yes. SMART SITE is made for people just starting out. If your business name or menu isn't settled yet, we'll sort it out together during the questionnaire.
No. They tap the card on their phone or scan the QR code on the back, and your site opens in their usual browser.
Some models or settings don't respond to a tap. In that case, scanning the QR code on the back of the card opens the same page.
Yes. The card simply opens your page, so updating the page never means reprinting the card. Text changes and image swaps are included in the Maintenance Plus plan at $40 a month.
Yes. We host and secure your page, so a maintenance plan starting at $25 a month is required. It is billed monthly by credit card.
We work in English by email. We're based in Japan and reply within two business days.
Yes. We set up your card in Japan, test it, and send it to you by international mail. Shipping is included in the production fee.
